A wonderful classic movie with Henry Fonda. Beautiful black and white cinematography (very noirish), good acting performances, unique characters and interesting story.

This is a very famous German classic movie, maybe the most famous. First time I watched this movie in school many years ago and rewatched it on 31.12.2014.

A film noir about an alcoholic. Ray Milland was very convincing in his role and deservedly won the Academy Award.
