Music Discovered in 2015

I discovered some of these artists in 2014 but only listened a few songs, I count them as I discovered them this year.

I'm young and I have not heard of so many great artists. Therefore I'm in a discovery and looks like it will take at least 5-6 years. This is my journal of how I met them and which songs I like from them.

I added the music videos for songs I like the best from these artists to their pages. Don't forget to take a little bit of your time and check out these delicious music pieces. Enjoy!

Mini Mansions

A new group consisted of members of different bands like Queens Of The Stone Age.

I like Vertigo (feat Alex Turner) and Honey I'm Home especially

Unknown Mortal Orchestra

I first heard Multi-Love on an indie mix and after a couple of times I loved it. Also, Necessary Evil is an awesome song!

Shaka Ponk

A really fun band, I love their energy.
My favorites so far:
My Name is Stain, Palabra Mi Amor, Wanna Get Free...

Django Django

Heard them first through Spotify with First Light and I like the song a lot. Then I listened a few more and I like them too so I happen to be made another discovery for this year.
What I like: First Light, Life's A Beach, Reflections...

Royal Blood

They were the opening band for Muse this year somewhere, I saw this news on the web. But I listened them just recently and I like it a lot to be honest. Their sound is so cool and they are good news for the people who wants to hear some good rock music.
I liked: Out Of The Black, Little Monster and Figure It Out.

Annenmaykantereit

A German band with a vocal that has a very deep voice. I discovered them with their cover of Roxanne with Milky Chance which is perfect. They sometimes sing in English but their German songs are so powerful and I'm sure it will be a nice discovery.
My faves: Made Me Believe, Summer Days Don't Die, Nicht Nichts, Barfuß Am Klavier, Sometimes I Like To Lie

Oscar And The Wolf

I first heard his voice in Raving George's You're Mine and the song really grew on me. Then I found that they are actually a band and they make some good electronic music. I like them, especially:
Princes, Joaquim, You're Mine by Raving George

Ratatat

A very cool sound, good quality electronic music.

Tame Impala

Remember Me and Let It Happen are so good! I like this psychedelic style of them.

We Are Scientists

Heard them on Spotify. Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt is OK.

Hot Hot Heat

Discovered through Spotify, Canadian indie-pop band. I can't believe the vocalist is not Luke Pritchard from The Kooks! His voice sounds just like him, and his curls too. 6/10

Kasabian

I listened their first three albums and loved them all.

My favorites: Empire, Where Did All The Love Go, Me Plus One, Shoot the Runner ...

Passion Pit

I love Sleepyhead. I also liked Carried Away and Take a Walk.

Jamie XX

Jamie from The xx has a solo career. I love Loud Places.

Sisters Of Mercy

Oh that deep, baritone voice! I keep replaying Marian over and over.

She Wants Revenge

Their style reminded me of Interpol, I haven't listen a lot of songs from them but Tear You Apart is good.

Phoenix

French electronic indie pop band.
I like Lisztomania, 1901...

The Do

French electronic indie duo.
Slippery Slope and Anita No! are very good songs.

Years And Years

English electronic/synthpop trio. First album will come out on July 2015.
King, Real, Take Shelter, Shine and a cover of Breathe are my favorites.

I feel like I've missing this for so long. I love their sound and the vocal's voice.

First time I listened to them, they sounded like so sad and slow therefore I didn't really kept an eye. But lately I like these songs better.

I was searching more post-punk or new wave bands and I found Bauhaus and I'm glad I did.
