Inglourious Basterds (2009)

NOTE: I have included Inglourious Basterds as a foreign language film despite being made by American director Quentin Tarantino, some of the actors are American and probably everybody involved in the film speak English. Inglourious Basterds makes this list because the majority of the film isn't in English. Most of it is in French and German and there's some Italian involved too. It's my favourite film of the films in this list but because there's English involved, that's the reason why it doesn't make number 1.
