Again a film list about Eastern Europe. I find that area just so interesting and I'm sure there's so much hidden or at least unique gems. This is kind of checklist for me also. I'm also kind of bored of "top war films"-lists which are always including the same American films... *cough*Saving Private Ryan*cough*
Many of these films are well-known atleast among cinema fans. I'm sure about that. I'm also sure that nobody have heard about all of them.
All of these films are somehow related to war but in different ways. So here are both straight combat-films and civilian life during war-films.
The countries I have chosen to be part of Eastern Europe were either part of Yugoslavia or Soviet Union or they were socialist countries during Cold War.
I'm trying to add some info for each item.
