Hands Down, the new Queen of my fashion world. She had by far the best promo tour for a movie that I've ever seen.

Ginnifer Goodwin

Ginnifer is one of the more underrated but consistent hollywood starlets in my opinion. She manages to look beautiful or adorable while still looking fresh and fashionable.

Emma had an excellent promo tour for Spiderman

Diane Kruger

In all honesty, I'm not really a Diane Kruger fan. But just because I don't personally love her style, that doesn't mean I don't appreciate it. And she did have a fabulous run at Cannes, even making the best looks list.

Emmy Rossum

Emmy is one of those starlets that has empeccable street style. She looks great in airports and walking down the street as well as on the red carpet. She only had one really fierce look this year, but everything else was strong and fashionable and consistent.

Jessica Chastain

Jessica didn't have a perfect year but her hits were so good they made the misses forgettable. I loved her in 2011, a breakout star for sure, and in 2012 she proved that she has some serious staying power when it comes to style.

Taylor had a bit of a style transition this year. She still does cute girly dresses better than anybody, but her overall look is a little more streamlined and hipster.

Nina is not a favorite of mine, but she did have some big moments this year.

She is true to her own style of flowy hippie dresses and intricate couture fashions and I love it.

Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton is every bit the classic sophisticated dresser. She very rarely wears anything overtly flashy and always looks fashionably conservative just like her role calls for.

Some celebs have epic moments on the red carpet. Those dresses go on to the best dress of the year lists. But sometimes, celebs have a consistently fashionable year and no one even notices because we only care about those 10 best dresses. But not me. I spend the whole year reveling in the beauty of certain stars and looking forward to what they are going to wear.

This is my top 10 of the year. Some of them know how to work a red carpet, or the stage, or the sidewalk but they all do it day after day with few misses thrown in. You can agree or not, it's all about taste. But just so you know, there are looks on here I don't particullarly like, but that I appreciate none the less.
