" The other volcano movie, which was in L.A. rather than Colorado. Because you know, Los Angeles and it’s volcanos and all. Film goers, went and saw Dante’s Peak instead. Both are decent movies, but Dante’s Peak ended up being my favourite of the two. It was still a big hit, just not as big as Dante’s Peak. If you skip out on it, than you missed Tommy Lee Jones and Anne Heche, dodging lava and fire balls."

" First Viewing Viewing Date: October 28th Via: iTunes Store Plot: A volcano erupts in downtown Los Angeles, threatening to destroy the city. Rating: 6.6/10"

" Director: Mick Jackson Starring: Tommy Lee Jones, Anne Heche, Gaby Hoffmann, Don Cheadle and John Corbett A volcano erupts in downtown L.A., threatening to destroy the city."

" HBO Now- 1hr. 44min. First Viewing Volcano gets better as it goes. It gets off to a rather sluggish start, languishing to long in the build-up with boring/misguided characters. Once the eruptions start though, it becomes a surprisingly solid disaster film. Hell, when the film focuses on stopping the title disaster, it actually achieves a compulsively watchable status. It's just so fucking hokey though. The script is awful, filled with some of the worst dialogue I've ever heard in film. For some"
