In California, Kimberly Wells (Jane Fonda) is a tv reporter, doing a series of reports on alternative energy sources, with her cameraman Richard Adams (Michael Douglas). While interviewing Bill Gibson at the local nuclear power plant, they witness an accident. Adams and Wells are determined to publicise the incident. They will soon find that there is a conspiracy struggling to be kept a secret. A good movie

It wasn’t really sure what to expect from this flick but since I always had a weak spot for Michael Douglas and Jane Fonda, I thought I might as well check it out. Eventually, I’m rather surprised that this movie is pretty much forgotten as it is in fact a fairly realistic and quite entertaining thriller dealing with a possible nuclear threat.
