“Without a doubt the greatest Star Trek
If paramount had followed the example set by this movie they would still be making Star Trek movies today. The special effects are amazing and the story keeps you on the edge of your seat. I can't recommend it enough.

" The follow up, to Star Trek: Generations, the Borg make their first film appearance, with them going back in time to prevent the first contract meeting of humans and aliens. Darker, than the previous film, and more action packed too, it was a bigger success than the previous movie, and one that audiences and Star Trek fans enjoyed it, too."
“'Star Trek: The Next Generation' may not be quite as influential or as ground-breaking as the original 'Star Trek' series (though it certainly has those elements), but quality-wise it is every bit as good with a few improvements.
The first "Next Generation" 'Star Trek' film, 'Generations', was to me not that bad but was frustratingly uneven (namely the treatment of Kirk and the emotion chip subplot). The next film, 'First Contact', was a significant improvement and highly deserves its reputation as the best film based of 'The Next Generation' series and one of the best 'Star Trek' films overall.
