Al principio pensé que Raya y El Último Dragón sería un nuevo escalón para las producciones sobre feminismo como Brave y Moana, una fantasía de empoderamiento para niñas y preadolescentes. This movie had so much potential and of course it has many positive aspects, but it was kind of ruined by some pointless dialogues. Sometimes it seemed that some characters were regular modern teenagers who use internet and social network everyday. "It took me a LONNGGG time to pick up on this but once I did, it became much easier to explain to myself why I have little to no recollection of certain movies. It's because of the backstory Doesn't seem like should be thought of a cliché, right? It's a pretty fundamental part of most stories, audiovisual or otherwise.
