“I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this flick but since there was a decent cast involved, I thought I might as well check it out. I have to admit that I have never been a fan of Wrestling and, even though this movie was a decent attempt to legitimize this ‘sport’, to be honest, I wasn’t still not really convinced. Another thing that bothered me was that, even though Dwayne Johnson was displayed prominently on all the promotional material, he actually had only 2 small scenes (the 1st one was pretty cool though). Anyway, the movie itself was pretty much a generic sports feature faithfully following the rules of the genre. The end, even if it was fairly entertaining, didn’t make much sense to me though.
