Who better to play Black Widow than a Russian natural redhead? Not to mention, she has appeared in both Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and The Gifted. With those Marvel credits and Russian background, she is my second top pick for the role.
She's gorgeous, has acting experience, and she's Canadian. Since Black Widow herself isn't originally American, a non-American like Katheryn would be ideal for playing this role. Plus I think she'd look good as a redhead.
With her experience as Agent Grace Van Pelt in the crime TV series The Mentalist and as a SHIELD agent in Captain America: The First Avenger, Amanda would be a great candidate for the role of Black Widow. All she needs is red hair and a tough badass persona, and she could be the next Black Widow someday. That is, along with these other lovely ladies.
She's always been pretty active in the acting industry, with a long impressive resume to show off to casting agents. So why not include her in this list?
Maggie Grace is a name I haven't seen in awhile, which has got me wondering why. She's beautiful, and she's a great actress. So why haven't I seen her lately? She'd be a pretty good Black Widow, and I'm curious about how she'd look as a redhead. Also, she has done a lot of action and serious movies, which can help her a lot with training and fighting.
Scarlett Johansson is perfect as Black Widow (which is why she belongs at the top of the list). I just have some other possible actresses in mind who would do a good job playing the role. Suggestions are welcome, but please note that I'll only add them to the list if I agree with the choices.
