BELLA SWAN
I think Bella was more sarcastic in the books.
The blod testing scene is not in the movie.
The way Bella finds out about Edward is totally different between the books and the movies. In the book she finds out by her self and decides that it doesn't matter, but in the movie she has a hunch and Edward fills her in himself.
In the New Moon movie, Bella sent e-mails to Alice instead of talking to her self, as in the books.
In the books, Bella doesn't go for a bike ride while in Port Angeles with Jessica.
Bella doesn't slap Paul in the books. She and Jacob arrange a meeting with the wolf pack out in the woods to tell them about Victoria, and Paul gets angry because Jacob protects Bella.
Bella's sleep talking is left out of the movie.

EDWARD CULLEN
In the books Edward (and the rest of the Cullens) is described with purple bruises beneath his eyes when hungry, but this does not appear in the movies.
When Edward takes Bella home to meet his family, in the books he play the piano for her and show her their story in Carlisle office. In the movie, the Cullens make Italian food for Bella.
The fight between Edward and Felix in the movie was not in the book.

JACOB BLACK
I think Jacob is more sassy in book than in the movie. In the movie I think he's more bitter.
Jacob is discribed as being 6'2" in the first book and 7 feet in the last book, but is much lower in the movies. He is also lower than Edward.
In Eclipse book he grows his hair out thinking Bella likes it that way, but in the movie he doesn't change his hair.
In the book, Jacob does not give Bella a dream catcher for her birthday.

ALICE CULLEN
Alice is described with spikey hair in the books, but in the second and third movies her hair is more elegant.
In the book, James mentions Alice's past, which he doesn't in the movie.
The development of the friendship between Alice and Bella is left out of the movie.

VICTORIA
She does not appear on the prom in the first book.
In the books, Victoria has nothing to do with Harry Clearwaters heart attack.
