The Clerks 'related films' are usually incorporated under the View Askewniverse title. So Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma etc. are under that banner.

Does it really count as the same character in a different movie if it is a sequel? I mean, isn't that the point of a sequel? I would consider that a part of a series.
