  4.3 Jar Jar Binks (Star Wars Prequels)
Weesa free! Jar Jar, who had been inserted to please the younger audience, drove the hardcore fans insane. He has a voice in which a person can distinguish from a mile away. It didn't help that Jar Jar was (presumably) inserted into the remastered edition of Return of the Jedi, during the closing celebrations. 
6 Justin Stewart (Power Rangers: Turbo)
Guys, I'm the new blue ranger! The line that made millions of kids, sitting in movie theaters across the world, go berserk. The Power Rangers were supposed to be people you wanted to grow up to be-- not one of your peers! (Justin suffered from Wesley Crusher Syndrome.) 
0 Barney (Barney & Friends)
I love you, you love me... Okay, so he's not really hated by the target audience. However, every kid too old for Barney seemed to have their own version of the ending song-- in which Barney was usually decapitated in the end. 
5.6 Wesley Crusher (Star Trek: The Next Generation)
Wesley was so hated, he has his on syndrome: Wesley Crusher syndrome. He joined as a young adolescent, who was a child prodigy and shoehorned into the plot. Comments

Jar Jar is absolutely hateful. But there's a lot of annoying characters thought.
