Absolutely wonderful! A masterpiece!

"Directive?"

To the untrained eye, Disney-Pixar's WALL-E probably appears to be just another ordinary animated family film or just another commonplace Pixar escapade. But WALL-E should not be carelessly dismissed with these misleading labels. Director Andrew Stanton (who was behind 2003's Finding Nemo) has created a masterpiece on the same level as recent films like There Will Be Bl... read more

''Directive?''

[Wall-E gathers up some trash, compacts it and spits it out.]

''Ta-da! ''

In the distant future, a small waste collecting robot inadvertently embarks on a space journey that will ultimately decide the fate of mankind.

Pixar's new film about the only surviving trash compacting robot on earth is adorable. "(Sings) "Put on your Sunday clothes/There's lots of world out there." Song In Movie: Get out the brilliantine and dime cigars. "This was one of those rare movies that I had such high hopes for. Like my expectations were like-" (Lindsay gives a "very-high" arm gesture) "Could not be higher. And it actually met them. That never happens. You know that's why I don't get excited for movies anymore. Like if it's good, good. If not, then you know I don't have my expectations dashed. But this. This "

1001 Movies ... my own version (2000's) (132 movies items)

" Notes: This is, until further notice, my favorite Pixar movie. In my opinion, the whole thing was just mind-blowing. Where should I start? As usual with Pixar, it looked gorgeous and, as usual, it was entertaining but for the very first time, it was also very profound and rather emotional. I mean, the previous movies made by Pixar always had some interesting story and provided some interesting thoughts but with this jewel, they reached some unknown heights. It also quite impressive to see how "
