I was a bit iffy about this movie but it was pretty entertaining once you got past the bad acting and the annoying blonde woman. The fight scene at the end wasn't all that great either and it was on the predictable side. If a sequel doesn't come from this one after that ending well then I'll be a monkey's uncle. Before watching this flick, to be honest, I thought it would be completely terrible. I mean, it has been years since Renny Harlin has directed anything really impressive and the whole concept seemed rather lame to me. The funny thing is that they obviously tried to make some kind of Harry Potter clone but with some older characters but like most of what Renny Harlin does, it ended up being a flop.... read more
Description:

The actors in the movie was contracted to do sequels before the movie was release in theaters. Sony really hype this movie up to be a big hit back in 2006.
