A few years ago, I was doing a good job and ended up watching 13 of his movies but, by now, it has been a while since I saw another one of his movies. "First Watched 1/9/2018 Akira Kurosawa brings us a detective story with fantastic performances all around! Plus, it has one of my favorite leads Toshiro Mifune showing that he can play a multitude of roles this one being a green police officer who gets his handgun stolen in post WWII Japan. Speaking of which I love the setting it is great getting a look into the hustle and bustle of life in post war Japan.
