" Leslie Nielsen, plays Dick Steel, Agent W40 fearless, suave, and debonair, Steele must save the world from the evil General Rancor, or die trying. Critics declared it to be a dud, and hardly worth watching, so audiences acquiesce, and the movie bombed hard. But hey, there was the opening sequence and song by โWeird Alโ?"
"29.4. 2024 A clumsy star spy has to stop an evil general before it is too late. Hollywood parodies were already getting really old in the late '90s. "Spy Hard" recycles jokes that were already pretty tired when we saw them in "Naked Gun" and "Hot Shots!" movie series."

" Netflix- 1hr. 20min. First Viewing I had seen bits and pieces before, but never from beginning to end. And boy, I gotta tell ya, I regret the decision to amend that. To it's credit, I did get a few laughs out of it; unfortunately, it was usually to just how unfunny the jokes were. "What the fuck is this?" is my go to phrase for a bad movie moment; I asked it se"
"Re-watch - Sept. 7th Well, this was worse than I remembered. Once you get past Weird Al's excellent opening mock of the James Bond intros it's all downhill from there. The jokes fall flat most of the time, and compared to Austin Powers it fails to spoof the Bond series in any memorable way. At least this isn't as painful to sit through as Dracula, Dead & Loving It but it's still pretty dire. Currently streaming on Netflix"
