Those who read the synopsis for LET ME IN and aren't familiar with the Swedish film on which it is based, will be forgiven to think "Well, isn't it just TWILIGHT in reverse, with the girl as the vampire instead?" Like virtually everyone else, I really enjoyed 'Let the Right One In'. I mean, it wasn't one of my favorite movies but it was definitely one of the most intriguing and original vampire movies I had seen. My biggest disappointments in entertainment (142 tv items)

"With how much I read that the remake is way worse than the original I was expecting a movie that wasn't even worth watching. I ended up liking it more because it's faster, it has some better secondary characters and things in the plot (replacing a random guy with a cop investigating what's happening and changing the ways the "dad" kills people were good moves), better acting and music. So I found it inferior to the original as a whole, but better in some aspects, despite being unnecessary. What"
