As straightforward pulp revengers go, Death Sentence is disposable but satisfying. This movie was very predictable and not very realistic. It is a "wantabe" Death Wish. It tries but doesn't really come that close to the one that started it all. Kevin Bacon's character is a nice guy that tries to turn evil with revenge. I didn't think he pulled the change off very well. The character didn't really fit the part very well.
