"26.7. 2019 "Bronson" is supposed to be a story about a violent and extremely dangerous criminal, but the problem is that it doesn't have a real story to tell. The director Refn avoids basically everything that would actually develop the main character and focuses on filling his movie with slow-motion shots and hollow trickery. Watching countless scenes with the main character fighting and bullying people is exhausting rather than thought-provoking."

" Note : It was such an intense mad piece of mayhem and I really loved the surrealistic bits they put from time to time. Of course, I was also impressed by Tom Hardy who gave here a star-making performance. In my opinion, this movie also displayed how useless the prison system actually is. Indeed, someone weak or half-way decent will be probably completely destroyed in such environment and someone bad like Bronson would only become even worse so what's the whole point then? "

“Since I kept hearing some really good things about this flick, I was really eager to check it out. Well, for once, I wasn't disappointed, that's for sure. I mean, a couple of years ago, Nicolas Winding Refn released 'Drive' which turned out to be a major cult-classic at the time but, to be honest, I thought it was a decent watch at best but the guy definitely displayed some potential and this movie was much more superior in my opinion. Indeed, it was such an intense mad piece of mayhem and I really loved the surrealistic bits he put from time to time.
