No hay pierde con Billy, ni siquiera porque se fue al Berlín destruido de posguerra. El detalle de Marlene tirando la llave a John Lund es como la brizna que nace entre las cenizas y, además, excelente comienzo y plano de ubicación y de setting the mood

"28 March. It was John Lund's classic Army heel that resonated in this Billy Wilder romantic comedy, romancing his two female leads Jean Arthur and Marlene Dietrich like a star. Unfortunately, he made no other movies of the kind. Set during post WW2 in bombed out Berlin provide an unusual setting for this menage a trois and a basis for Wilder and Charles Brackett's story."
