Beverly Hills Cop (1984)
This is Eddie Murphy in his prime.
Axel Foley: Is this your car?
Jenny Summers: Oh, no. In Beverly Hills we just take whichever car is closest.
[Foley hands the keys to his beat-up car to a valet]
Axel Foley: Can you put this in a good spot? 'Cause all of this shit happened the last time I parked here.

I actually really, really enjoyed this movie. But word of warning, watch this movie by yourself. NOT with your mom, NOT with your best friend, NOT with your boyfriend. Just watch it alone. Trust me.
Also, loved all of the leading actors/actresses.

Adventures in the Sin Bin (2012)
Pretty average late-night comedy, but I did like the cast quite a bit.

Nesting (2012)
I like indie movies. Actually, I love them. But this one was poorly written and put together. The acting was sub-par; Paul Rudd was okay-ish. Just didn't do it for me at all.

Amélie (2001)
SO loved this movie. Even though it was a bit more "effort" to both read and watch, it was well worth it.
Hipolito (The Writer): We pass the time of day to forget how time passes.
Amélie Poulain: At least you'll never be a vegetable - even artichokes have hearts.

The Lego Movie (2014)
EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!
Wonder Woman: To the Invisible Jet!
[the Bad Guys shoot at an empty space next to the Batmobile, causing an explosion]
Wonder Woman: Dang it...
Lucy: [to Emmet] Come with me if you want to not die.
Batman: I only work in black. And sometimes, very, very dark gray.

Re-watch
Still my favorite animated movie ever. I get chills every time.
It's a new world - it's a new start
It's alive with the beating of young hearts
It's a new day - it's a new plan
I've been waiting for you

Sin City (2005)
Re-watch. Love this movie.
Dwight: Most people think Marv is crazy. He just had the rotten luck of being born in the wrong century. He'd be right at home on some ancient battlefield swinging an axe into somebody's face. Or in a Roman arena, taking his sword to other gladiators like him.

Mary and Max (2009)
Re-watch
Max Jerry Horovitz: I have also invented some new words. "Confuzzled", which is being confused and puzzled at the same time, "snirt", which is a cross between snow and dirt, and "smushables", which are squashed groceries you find at the bottom of the bag. I have sent a letter to the Oxford Dictionary people asking them to include my words but I have not heard back.
Narrator: Max hoped Mary would write again. He'd always wanted a friend. A friend that wasn't invisible, a pet or rubber figurine.

Risky Business (1983)
Being a movie lover, I don't know how I haven't seen this sooner. I watched it 90% for the sliding across the floor bit, but it was actually a pretty good film.

Ender's Game (2013)
The thing that bugged me about this movie was the ending. In the book the big reveal is the best part, but in the movie, you know much earlier on.
