The first episodes were very good, but there comes a point where nothing happens in most episodes. Literally nothing and there are only a few minutes with drama and action. Step from being a good series, to a very boring series, everything to extend it and get the most money possible.

Series I've seen or just ratings (45 tv items)"Finished last week Wednesday, started August 3rd I think? So three months...177 episodes. Would've finished it earlier but stuff set me back. Pretty good series til the end of season 6 got boring by season 7 repetitive as fuck by season 8 and by the last three seasons I had to force myself to finish the end. No joke, probably cried a few times because they were so long and boring but I SURVIVED!!! and the show was pretty good until season 6 as well like al seasons were up to 6-9/10 (season 3????"

“Had heard nothing but great things about 'The Walking Dead' from friends and IMDb reviewers. It took a while to get round to walking, both from being busy and also not being sure whether it would be my cup of tea.
Finally getting round to it a few years ago and slowly working my way through it, 'The Walking Dead' turned out to be very much my cup of tea and as good as the hype made it out to be. Seasons 1-5 of 'The Walking Dead' to me were absolutely brilliant, and it still shocks me at how an intelligent, well-made (so much so that it is easy to mistake it for a film) show about zombies could be made when so many films have tried and failed abysmally to do so. My only complaint about the early seasons actually is the slightly slow start to Season 2.
