" Film adaptation of street tough Jim Carroll's epistle about his kaleidoscopic free fall into the harrowing world of drug addiction. With Leonardo DiCaprio as Carroll, and Mark Wahlberg delivering a early performance, in the film as well. While not going well with critics, they did feel that DiCaprio’s performance was considerably star making. "I have five or so other flicks to add to this list but I'm on the opening scene of a movie so I want to put my attention on that and not organising this list. This film reminds me a bit of the almost 10 minute song 'Dance With The Devil'. The first time I heard it I was about to head over to my schools computer room to take my first science exam. “A día de hoy siento que la película no ha envejecido muy bien que digamos, para el momento en el que salió la sociedad tenía otra percepción sobre las drogas a la que se tiene ahora y durante el largometraje eso se nota BASTANTE.
