'Staying Alive' is actually not bad at all, unfortunately it holds a 0% rating on Rotten Tomatoes

Yeah, Finola Hughes isn't very good in it and the story is rather weak but the dance scenes are really cool, John Travolta isn't that bad, nor is Cynthia Rhodes

It's not as good as 'Saturday Night Fever' but its best scene is at the end where Tony says "I want to strut!" ... read more

"For critics, this sequel to Saturday Night Fever is shockingly embarrassing and unnecessary, trading the original's dramatic depth for a series of uninspired dance sequences. My thoughts? It was totally unnecessary as a sequel, and lacked any of the charm, that the original film had. That being said I would have loved to see the musical that’s in this film, Satan’s Alley."
