I remember it as if it was yesterday. Indeed, when I started to live with my (at the time, future) wife, every morning, I would watch some cartoons on TV with my step-son. It's been years since I first saw 'The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie', about 3 months ago, I watched the sequel 'Sponge Out Of Water', at the cinema. I decided to re-watch this one and make my mind up.

Originalmente esta cinta iba a ser el final de la serie de televisión y eso no habría estado mal. Es sumamente divertida y su calidad visual es tan desbordante que se ve bien incluso a día de hoy.
Me impresiona que aún más de 15 años después de haber salido siga siendo altamente recomendable para niños y adultos que disfruten una buena película animada.
There's trouble brewing in Bikini Bottom. Someone has stolen King Neptune's crown, and it look like Mr. Krab, SpongeBob's boss, is the culprit. Though he's just been passed over for the promotion of his dreams, SpongeBob stands by his boss, and along with his best pal Patrick, sets out on a treacherous mission to Shell City to reclaim the crown and save Mr. Krab's life.
