Una cinta muy bella y ambiciosa, que sin embargo podría estar más pulida. La modernización del escenario se presta para un mejor desarrollo del mensaje de desobediencia, el cual encapsula la experiencia de la infancia mejor que otras adaptaciones. From the get go, this movie had everything going for it. Guillermo del Toro knows how to make a good film, and this was definitely no exception. Now I'm a fan of the 1954 Pinocchio, and I'll say right off the bat that this is not a remake! Don't be foolish and think that, because this is an adaptation of the book more than anything. " Director: Guillermo Del Toro His 12th movie My 9th movie watched from the director Did we need another Pinocchio movie? No. Am I fine Del Toro took on the story? Yes. He has always been known for his memorable creatures and imagery and delivers once again. But really outside of that, nothing really wowed me in this movie. I found most of the characters grating and while the story is different from past versions it's not necessarily better. But I will say it again, the animation, imagery"
