“I wasn’t expecting much from this flick but since it was available on Netflix, I thought I might as well check it out. Well, to be honest, I have to admit that the damned thing was not so bad at all after all. Indeed, the whole anti-romantic comedy concept was actually fairly entertaining. Sure, it might seem really silly but, at least, it was refreshing to see a movie and a main character which were actually conscious about the fact that everything happening was actually seriously ridiculous. It was also a nice touch that Josh (the character played by Adam Devine) was the only one who didn’t seem to be under the ‘spell’ but it was maybe slightly disappointing that the main character didn’t notice it right from the start. "2019 Well... not as bad as it could have been. I'm a guy who actually likes romantic comedies and my wife loves them. Sadly the industry has forgotten about them, but not afraid to make fun of them here. They had a real shot at making a good one, but in the end, it's silly and forgettable.
