“Back in 2017, 'War Machine' was announced as the first big movie produced by Netflix. Eventually, it turned out to be rather disappointing but I was still curious to see what David Michôd had done before and since this movie had a solid reputation, I was really eager to check it out. Well, it was definitely so much better than 'War Machine', that's for sure. First of all, they gave us an amazing introduction. Indeed, even though you might think that the main character was watching TV with his mother  asleep, it turned out she was dead for a while from an overdose and the guy was actually waiting for the paramedics to show up while watching some random TV game show.
