Tired of being rejected by colleges and universities he applied to, Bartleby Baines (Justin Long) decides to create a 'fake' university, the South Harmon Institute of Technology (S.H.I.T.). He wants to make his parents proud of who he is, by becoming accepted at that university. Before watching this movie, I had actually never heard of it before and, to be honest, I had some very low expectations towards the damned thing. And, indeed, the beginning was pretty lame as it was just way too similar to all the standard High School/College comedies I have seen before.
