Bristol Palin caused a stir when, at the age of 17, she announced she was pregnant and engaged to the baby's dad, Levi Johnston, at the 2008 Republican National Convention. "[I was thinking], 'Great, I'm 17 years old, I'm 40 pounds overweight with a big belly on me, all my friends are at school watching this on the news,'" she told Harper's Bazaar. Still, she added, her precious son Tripp was worth all the hardship. "I love my baby more than anything."

Former "Zoey 101" star Jamie Lynn Spears also surprised everyone when she announced her pregnancy in 2007 at the age of 16. Unfortunately, her relationship with baby daddy Casey Aldridge did not last. Her better half these days is her sweet 3-year-old daughter Maddie.

Jamie Lynn's older sis, Britney, had the first of her two sons, Sean Preston, who's now 6, when she was 23 in 2005. In April, her youngest son Jayden James, 5, joined them for a fun trip to see "The Lion King" in Las Vegas. Both are the offspring of Brit's former husband Kevin Federline.

Beyonce's little sis Solange Knowles became a mom when she was only 18. Solange and Daniel Smith, who are now divorced, welcomed their son Daniel Julez J. Smith into the world on October 18, 2004. "I have been so blessed that my son is the coolest kid ever. Of course, that first year of not sleeping and just being dedicated to him had tough parts," Solange admitted. "I've heard stories of people who were 14 that had kids and ... got into the groove of motherhood. A lot of people have doubts, but when you have a child I think it takes a really non-emotional person not to have a blast, no matter what age."

Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon became a mom to her first child with Ryan Phillippe, daughter Ava, now 12, at age 23. Son Deacon, who turns 8 this month, made the family complete. Unfortunately, Witherspoon and Phillippe split in 2006, but the actress found love again with Hollywood agent Jim Toth, whom she married in March. Charlotte Church has said that she wants six kids before age 32. At 25, she's on her way! The songstress had her first daughter, Ruby, in 2007 (when she was 21), and her son, Dexter, in 2009. Both are also the babies of Charlotte's ex, rugby player Gavin Henson.

Believe it on not, former "Lizzie McGuire" cutie Hilary Duff is old enough to be a mom. The 24-year-old announced in August that she and her NHL husband Mike Comrie are expecting. She revealed on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that their having a boy!

Another Disney starlet, Brenda Song, 23, is rumored to have a bundle of joy on the way with Trace Cyrus (older brother of Miley), 22. The two announced their engagement on October 14.
