What's not to say about this amazing film? It should have racked up nominations and taken home most if not all of the Oscars.
At least direction, best picture, best cinematography, and best acting.

Prisoner 1138's rating:
The acting alone deserves multiple oscars not to mention Tarantino's faithful adaption of the novel "Rum Punch." This is my favorite of all of Tarantino's films. The relationship between the characters Max Cherry and Jackie Brown is touching, honest, and romantic.
Prisoner 1138's rating:
Mind blowing how well made this film is from the striking cinematography to the haunting score and music. My favorite Lynch film to date and it would be nice to see him win for this one.
Prisoner 1138's rating:
I always like to categorize "DIE HARD" as an action film, not an action movie. It is in a class all by itself from the orange hues to the attention of detail by all of the film's characters. The directing is top notch as well as the script.
If anything Alan Rickman deserved a best actor or best supporting actor oscar.

Like always, the Oscars are always boring and predictable. These are some films that in my opinion were overlooked in the past.
