Arts
Our arts teacher made us watch movies while we were doing our arts projects :D

This is the only movie in my arts class on which I had a test. But it turned out to be useless because it didn't count.
C.R.A.Z.Y. (2005)

I also watched it this year for my philosophy class. We had to write down the stereotypes related to men and women that are portrayed in this movie.

French
Vipère au poing (2004)

Our reading exam was on the book this movie is based on and somehow, pretty much everybody liked the movie. But I think it's because we all wanted to kick that bitch's ass :)
Dangerous Liaisons (1988)

We saw this because we were seeing the libertine literature (or something like that). I thought some scenes were very uncomfortable to watch in school, and the teacher made us watch it in french (which is okay because we all speak french, but I prefer to watch movies in their original language)

Mamma Mia! (2008)

We did a musical during my last year of high school, and guess which one it was? We didn't watch the whole movie, we mostly watched the choreographies.
My raimBow's rating:

Vanilla Sky (2001)

Our teacher was absent that day so she gave this movie to the substitute and clearly, she hadn't seen it beforehand because I don't think you're supposed to show a sex scene involving Tom Cruise to a bunch of 14 year olds

Ethics
RRRrrrr!!! (2004)

That might just be the dumbest movie I've ever seen at school. But I thought it had some funny moments.

History

School trips
Each year, we had a school trip to a different city and we usually watched movies in the bus.

I really wanted to see this movie but I didn't understand anything after a few minutes so watched it at home later on.
My raimBow's rating:

The Hitcher (2007)

I don't remember during which trip we saw this but we were coming back and we decided to put this on. It was actually a lot of fun. I remember I was sitting along with two friends on a 2 place seat and we were constantly laughing because we were so jumpy.
My raimBow's rating:

Sex and the City (2008)

Some stupid girls insisted on watching this when we were coming back from New York city. Fortunately, I fell asleep during the movie, but not fast enough.

Ciné-club
The ciné-club happens every week. The school shows a movie and sometimes we have guests like actors, directors or producers coming and answering questions. The ciné-club is open to the public but students have a special discount. I had to watch all these films for an assignment.

Comics
We saw a few animation shorts, and bits of animated series like Sally the Witch, which is absolutely terrible! We also saw that singing frog, which I can't remember the name.

Other
Grease (1978)

We watched this every year in elementary school in our music class but the teacher lost it during my last year so we saw another movie instead, that was about a music teacher who had a deaf kid, but I can't remember the title.
My raimBow's rating:

Machuca (2004)

I watched this in my spanish class (obviously!), so it was in spanish (obviously!) but fortunately, the teacher put the subtitles
Modern Times (1936)

This was for my philosophy class. The teacher used this to create the questions for our mid term essay.
