A funny and heartfelt coming-of-age story with winning performances and smart writing.

Not a very original film, but worth seeing mainly for Michael Shannon's incredible performance.

Well-intentioned but only occasionally interesting, Unfinished Song is watchable, but too cloying to be anything more.

Really boring. The cast is for the most part fine, but every time 50 Cent is on screen, I couldn't help but laugh my ass off. From his hair, to the fact that every line he recites contains "fuck" and "bitch" in it, it's a miraculous performance.

Likable and fairly amusing, but it never really justifies it's existence, and it's nowhere near the original in quality.

Just a space-horror movie, but this time it's found footage. Occasionally interesting, but mainly just a waste of time.

Better than expected, but still not that great. It is occasionally scary though, and Chris Messina elevates the material he's given.

Innovative low-budget horror flick that spawned various ripoffs; but stick with this one. Inventive thrills, some laughs, and a groovy vibe make this a must see.

Smarter, goofier, and more meta than the original; Evil Dead II is the rare sequel (and even rarer horror sequel) to outdo the original. Be prepared though, it is essentially a remake, only this time with a bigger budget.

The rare pretentious movie that isn't "so bad it's good." It's just bad. Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. Cinematography is pretty outstanding though.

Very good, but didn't affect me the way it's predecessor did. Hawke and Delpy are great and the writing's strong too, but it does give off a slight of whiff of "been there, done that."
