Best albums of the '90s lists

My musical tastes did most of their evolving throughout the 1990s, so it only makes sense that I make lists for each individual year to highlight my personal favorites. Herein you'll find links to my lists for each year, with a mix of choices that should be obvious & some less popular choices too. Also for most of these I've included a section containing my favorite albums released in the Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton, Texas, area since that's where I grew up.
