I watched this when I was in Grade 12 back in 2008, which propably cost me a lot of marks I could have otherwise gotten, but who cares? At the time I was enthralled in it, but afterwards I kind of wondered why I had watched it all the way to the end. In retrosepct it didn't seem to be susbstantial enough. So I'm glad I read everyone reviews about it, because it makes me feel like I didn't waste my... read more

"Wolf's Rain is one of the first anime's I watched back in school and since then I've watched it several times. The story can be a little slow at times, but I love the characters and story. Legend says that when the world ends a place known as Paradise will appear but only wolves have the ability to find it. Kiba, a lone white wolf is drawn to Freeze city following the scent of a Lunar flower where he meets 3 other wolves who have been drawn there by the same scent. After a while Kiba gets injur"

Top 5 lesser-known Anime Series (5 tv items)

"This anime has the feels. It has the smiles. It has the beautiful artwork and the amazing storyline that will make you binge watch the whole way through. And to top it all off, the dub voice acting is also amazing. Our heros Kiba, Tsume, Toboe, and Hige live in a post-apocalyptic world where wolves have been nearly eradicated from existence. To blend in, the wolves developed the ability to pose as regular humans. According to legend, at the end of the world, the wolves can find paradise and liv"

My Top 10 Anime Series (10 tv items)

"Wolf's Rain is something hard for me to describe why I like it. I find the art and music to be very enchanting and beautiful but that's the only thing I'm really sure about this anime. In fact I'm not really sure if I understand this series at all to this day. But at the same time I love this anime. Every time I think about this anime, words comes to mind like "Lonely", or "Warmth" and "Nostalgic" Wolf's Rain just manages to hit some really depressing notes without diving deep into heavy subject"
