As awful as it may sound, I actually kinda sorta liked this one. John Travolta and Kirstie Alley are a great on screen couple and the comedic originality behind the baby talk is pretty refreshing.

A good movie

Even though the whole concept was actually rather lame, even more after all these years, I have to admit that I always had a weak spot for this flick. Indeed, in my case, it is pretty much a guilty pleasure and definitely a childhood favorite. Basically, I must have been 9 or 10 years old the first time I saw it, I even watched the damned thing in the movie theater when it was released and, back t... read more

Mollie is a single working mother who's out to find the perfect father for her child. Her baby, Mikey, prefers James, a cab driver turned babysitter who has what it takes to make them both happy. But Mollie won't even consider James. It's going to take all the tricks a baby can think of to bring them together before it's too late. Amy Heckerling wrote and directed this baby's-eye-view comedy.

A Complete Review of Amy Heckerling's work (9 movies items)

" Cast : John Travolta, Kirstie Alley, Bruce Willis What was it about? After a single, career-minded woman is left on her own to give birth to the child of a married man, she finds a new romantic chance in a cab driver. Meanwhile, the point-of-view of the newborn boy is narrated through voice-over. My two cents: Even though the whole concept was actually rather lame, even more after all these years, I have to admit that I always had a weak spot for this flick. Indeed, in my case, it is prett"

Moviewatcher122's 2016 Film Diary: April (28 movies items)

"April 26 "This has got to be the weirdest day of my life... well, so far." This was an OK movie that was pretty weird at times. One thing I really liked about this movie was Bruce Willis' voice acting job as the baby. He was a very good choice for the role and almost everything he said was really funny. As for the rest of the comedy in this movie it was hit or miss for me. Some of it worked and some of it didn't. The plot was also very predictable and it was pretty obvious with how it was go"
