Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - PlayStation 4
Play time: 171 Hours, 9 Minutes, 4 Seconds
Lots of "grinding" to obtain money and materials, and just wandering around and exploring has led to the time you see here. It does not include any time in FOB missions or Metal Gear Online.

Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Nintendo 3DS
Play time: 170 Hours, 56 Minutes
About 10-20 minutes played (on average) a day over the course of about 7 months, and the end result is the game with the most hours clocked in during a single playthrough. Yup, I'm as shocked as you are.

Final Fantasy X - PlayStation 2
Play time: 73 Hours, 41 Minutes
Just recently played through this game for the first time since its release...It's really not a very long game in itself. Someone could probably beat it in about 20 hours if they simply wanted to just play straight through to the end. The side-quests and mini games can be addicting, though, which is what caused the extra time spent with the game for me.

Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse - Nintendo 3DS
Play time: 73 Hours, 25 Minutes
Includes playing all the way through Twisted Tokyo (which makes the rest of the game after that seem WAY too easy), and finishing up all side quests before attempting to finish.

Final Fantasy VII - PlayStation
Play time: 72 Hours, 13 Minutes
Game can be finished much earlier than this. The time reflects raising a gold chocobo, defeating all weapons, creating all master materias, and finishing all side quests.

Fallout: New Vegas - PlayStation 3
Play time: 50 Hours, 53 Minutes
(I could have spent a lot more time playing, but I got sick of constant glitching after a while and just pushed through to the ending.)

After beating Suikoden III and noticing the large number of hours that I put into a single playthrough, I thought it'd be kind of neat to list off games that I've beaten, in order of most hours put in. I'm only counting single playthroughs. Games like Super Metroid, I've probably put around 70+ hours into overall, but it only takes me a few hours to do a single playthrough of it.
I'll be adding to this as I play games and/or go through and load old memory card info to look at the in-game clock data. Which reminds me, only games with in-game clocks will be counted here...I'm too lazy to keep track of time on my own. :)
Also, if I've beaten the game more than once, the longest playthrough time will be the one recorded here. However, if I happen to have the info, I'll also post my shortest time beneath it. Also, keep in mind that I'm not generally someone who tries to rush through a game. I like to take my time and explore. So just because I put over 86 hours into Suikoden III doesn't necessarily mean that it takes that long to beat it, it just means that with exploration, grinding levels, etc. I spent that much time playing.
