ENSEMBLE IN A DRAMA SERIES



The cast of Boardwalk Empire got their first nomination and win at the show, and Steve Buscemi started off with explaining to the audience that he'd lost his speech. Whoops! He ad-libbed, and thanked all the usual suspects.

FEMALE ACTRESS IN A DRAMA SERIES


A stunning Julianna Margulies accepted the statue for her role in The Good Wife for the second year in a row. This was her 14th nomination over the years! She gave a delightful speech that ended with her thanking her in-laws for creating such a phenomenal man, her husband Keith. Aww!

BEST ACTOR SUPPORTING ROLE



Melissa Leo had to catch her breath before speaking at the podium as she accepted her award for her role in The Fighter. She thanked the girls that played her daughters in the film (she even brought them to the show!) and managed to squeak in a thanks to Mark Wahlberg.

OUTSTANDING MALE ACTOR IN A COMEDY SERIES


30 Rock star Alec Baldwin took home his 5th consecutive award in this category tonight. He got up to the stage, calling the win "ridiculous" and making a zany reference to Amy Poehler. Loves it.

BEST FEMALE ACTOR IN A COMEDY SERIES



Betty White won her first SAG Award for her role in Hot in Cleveland and got a standing ovation as she made her way to the stage. The 89-year-old said: "I cannot believe this. They had to get the old broad up the stairs, and that's not easy." She then said this is the biggest surprise of her career! Wow.

ENSEMBLE IN A COMEDY SERIES



Modern Family and its lovely 10 actors took home the prize tonight after losing out in the category last year. Ed Harris took the mic while co-stars Sofia Vergara, Julie Bowen (in her pantsuit!), and more stood behind him with wide smiles.

LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD


The 94-year-old Ernest Borgnine received remarkable praise from Denzel Washington before taking the stage himself to talk about getting into acting, and his hope for the future of actors. He ended his speech with a shoutout to his wife, who, of course, was beaming from the audience.

FEMALE ACTOR IN TV MOVIE/MINISERIES


Claire Danes won her first SAG Award win for her role in Temple Grandin. She said she was "crazy blessed" to work with some of the best actors out there in the role, and gushed about the experience before leaving the stage.

Christian Bale took home his first award in this category at the show for his role in The Fighter. He accepted the trophy (commenting on its weight), and thanked his fellow actors for the honor. He said sometimes acting is like "playing dress up" and explained how much he loves the art.

Natalie Portman showed off her baby bump as she accepted her award and thanked SAG for "taking care" of her throughout her long career. She also thanked her fiance and parents, of course.

And Colin Firth for the win! He nabbed the prize for his role in The King's Speech and during his speech he said he used to flash his SAG card to try to pick up on ladies! He also thanked security for letting him in the building.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE BY A CAST IN A MOTION PICTURE


No real surprise here: The King's Speech took the night's top honor, and is slated to do the same at the Academy Awards as well. Time will tell!
