Bushido Blade - PlayStation
The most underrated Game
This game, in my opinion, doesn't nearly get enough credit. It has a decent fighting system that places reflexes over just random button mashing. Patience is required to enjoy this title.
Honourable Mention: Way of the Samurai

Sid Meier's Civilization: Revolution - Xbox 360
A Game that makes you really happy
Being the fact that I love history as much as I do, this game is right up my alley. Witnessing my civilization surpass the others makes me immensely happy.
Honourable Mention: Guitar Hero II, Wii Sports

Grand Theft Auto IV - Xbox 360
A Game that makes you sad
This maybe an odd choice to some, but if you remember some of the dialogue from this title, it actually is pretty sad. It presents a corrupt twisted version of the "American Dream" (some debate if there is even such a thing). It is a frighting display of culture's importance over what Britney Spears is doing instead of taking care of our children. While at time the game may take itself a little too seriously, it doesn't feel preachy.
Honourable Mention: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of the Patriots

Dante's Inferno - Xbox 360
Favourite love story in a Game
Dante goes to Hades to get back his beloved. How else could you top that? If that isn't love, I don't know what is.
Honourable Mention: Super Mario Bros.

Favorite Puzzle Game
Although there maybe dozens of puzzle games similar to Tetris, I firmly believe that none comes close to touching on the original.

Rockstar Games Collection Edition 1 - PlayStation 3
Favorite Gaming Company
This is an easy choice for me. I love all of Rockstar's titles. They have created some of the most memorable titles in the last decade, in my opinion. Form a twisted version of the American Dream, to a Western tale and everything in between, Rockstar continues to amaze me. Long live Rockstar!

A Game that you’ve finished countless times
If there were a place for rehab for this game, I would have signed up. This was one of the first titles that I remember playing online. 56K/sec, baby! Dial up. Blocking the damn phone lines. I didn't eat, sleep or shower for three days because of this game. It could easily fall into the Most Addicting category easily.
Honourable Mention: Hitman 2: Silent Assassin

Final Fantasy VII - PlayStation
A game with the best soundtrack
I love the themes in this game. The score adds perfectly to this game. The music is just as important as Cloud or Septhrioth.
Honourable Mention: Double Dragon Neon, Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style, Def Jam: Fight for New York, Hitman (series)

Excitebike was the one of the first titles that I can remember having "head to head" battles on. Sadly, I remember being quite the sore loser growing up!

Sega Dreamcast - Game Hardware
The Best Console
SEGA Dreamcast is, in my opinion, the best console because of the innovations that it paved for all of the future consoles to follow. (That we all seem to have forgotten.) Sure, it had the odd Windows CE OS, but it made home brewing software an everyday occurrence. It gave us VMU memory cards that had amazing capabilities itself, forklifting jobs and who can forget about that weird, yet awesome, Seaman game. Long live the SEGA Dreamcast! Sadly, it lost out to a fucking DVD player at the time. Nevertheless, a console is only as good as it's software. While SEGA was no chump in this department, I would have to go with either the SNES or the Playstation 2 for that honour.

Nintendo 64 - Game Hardware
The Worst Console
Where do I start with the Nintendo 64? The horrible control pad, outdated graphics or just the overall lack of quality titles? Sure, there were the heavy hitters like The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, WWF No Mercy, Sin & Punishment, and Mario 64 etc., but overall Nintendo didn't really tread any new territory in this console entry, in my opinion. Others may disagree, though.

A Nightmare on Elm Street - Famicom and NES
A Game that you hate
I can recall being around eight or nine years old and first seeing the cover for this game. I instantly got scared. I really was terrified of Kuger. Nevertheless, my Aunt only had this game to play and dared us (me and my younger brother) to play it. We said that we were not cowards and accepted her challenge. We should have backed down. The above image gave us nightmares for days...and add to the fact that the game is fucking terrible! You punch snakes. Yeah, you read right. Punching snakes.
Honourable Mention: Enter the Matrix, Bruce Lee: Quest of the Dragon

NBA 2K - Sega Dreamcast
A game that no one would expect you to love
Anyone who knows me (or views my Listal profile) knows that I am not a video game sports person. Nothing against those Madden XX fanatics; it just isn't my thing. SEGA, although, made the 2K franchise accessible to even the most passive of gamers in this genere. I will forever be in SEGA's debt for this. Easy to play, yet difficult to master.
Honourable Mention: Soul Calibur III

WinBack: Covert Operations - PlayStation 2
A character who you can relate to the most
This little obscure title features a character that I can relate to. No, not because he is African-American, but because his actions in this game cause him to be the first to perish. Those actions you ask? Trying to save one of his team mates. Story of my life! Trying to help somebody and I get the short end of the stick. Ugh!

Resident Evil 2 - PlayStation
A Game that you used to love but now hate
Hate is a strong word to describe the now dislike that I have for this title, so let me say that Resident Evil 2 didn't age as well as I thought it would. The fluid controls from the last two entries just feel great, but replaying the earlier controls just make it feel like you are controlling a goddamed tank. I still appreciate it's contribution to the true feeling of survivor horror, but the controls hinder this title tremendously.
Honourable Mention: Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

Devil May Cry 2 - PlayStation 2
The Most Disappointing Game
Hands down this is one of the most disappointing game of all time for me. Especially after the amazing Devil May Cry début. You actually at one point in this title battle a fucking infected chopper! Really, Capcom?

The Legend of Dragoon - PlayStation
A game that you wish more people would’ve play
It is really unfortunate that even though Legend of Dragoon sold 960,000 in North America, it still feels like a niche title. It was an amazing RPG experience that when mentioned nobody know what you are speaking of. Truly unfortunate.

Batman Arkham Asylum - Game of the Year Edition... - PlayStation 3
Favorite game based on a book/comic/movie/anime etc
Hands down this is probably one of the best licensed titles of all time! (I haven't played Batman: Arkham City yet.)
Honourable Mention: X-men Legends II, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, X-men Origins: Wolverine, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World

Max Payne 3 - PlayStation 3
The best screenplay in a game
Some may call it overly brooding, but I love the tone and feel of this title. It feels more realistic then a film. (I know that Max can't take down a whole Army, whatever.) I hate using the word gritty, but that is about the best way to describe it.
Side Note: I, personally, think that many of Rockstar's titles could have this honour. The company has some very talented screenwriters on the payroll.
Honourable Mention: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, DragonAge

Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition - PlayStation 2
Favourite Action Game
Capcom came back with a vengeance and redeemed themselves after the deplorable Devil May Cry 2. Get the Special Edition if you get the chance. The option to play as Virgil makes it even all the more worthwhile.
Honourable Mention: Resident Evil 5, Streets of Rage 2, Final Fight, God of War II

New Super Mario Bros. Wii - Nintendo Wii
Favourite Mario Title
This was actually a difficult choice. I choose this title over the many other Mario games because of the fact that my entire family can all play this game simultaneously and seamlessly.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 - Sega Dreamcast
Favourite Fighting Game
This was an easy choice. This was probably the last game that I can recall spending a roll of quarters on that was not at a Chucky Cheese. Either button mash, or play like an expert, it is still plenty of fun. And, believe it or not, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is still light years ahead of the extremely disappointing Marvel vs. Capcom 3.
Honourable Mention: Street Fighter III: Alpha, Soul Calibur, Rival Schools

Chrono Trigger - Super famicom and SNES
Favorite RPG game
This is just pure bliss! Chrono Trigger gave me quite a memorable experience. Usually, Japanese RPGs involve amnesia, androgynous males and spiked hair-Chorono Trigger isn't without guilt-but you can look past all of these items for this fantastic story and smooth gameplay.

No, Left 4 Dead 2 does not incorporate endless unlockables, but it does have Valve's patent Director AI. Gives you a different game almost every time. I love it!

A game that you love, but everybody hates
I think that love is a strong word, but overall I do enjoy this game more than most, I suppose. Yeah, it is deeply flawed, but it has some charm. I think. I enjoyed the two characters so much that I convinced myself that this was a good title.

Favourite Game from Favourite Series
Anybody who knows me, knows that I geek out every time a new entry in this franchise releases. The multiple ways to eliminate a target gives you so much freedom that I could not imagine another title trumping Agent 47. (Granted, Sam Fisher does come pretty damn close.)

I have many fond memories playing this title non-stop with my Dad. All of the little hidden rooms to find and the battle with Gannon actually made my heart beat a little faster. It is one of my fondest memories of falling in love with gaming.
Honourable Mention: Double Dragon, Contra, Zombies Ate my Neighbor

While honestly, it is pretty difficult to place one title at the helm, I feel pretty confident about this choice. Capcom reinvented the wheel with this title and made fans believe again. Gaming nirvana.
