Most anticipated movies of 2015

I'm a fan of the series, but it's probably going to be PG-13 for box office profits like the third one and it isn't Mad Max without Mel Gibson, so I'm not highly anticipating it.

Update: Now I'm highly anticipating this movie due to the awesome trailer. After seeing it I'm perfectly fine with it being PG-13 and Tom Hardy taking Mel Gibson's place as Mel Gibson.

Loved the first one, so I'm really excited for the sequel.

Another Quentin Tarantino western? I'm already sold!

Clint Eastwood is directing. Enough said.

Afterthoughts: What an amazing movie.

This might surprise you, but I'm not anticipating this... at all. First there's the fact that J.J Abrams is directing this. I've only seen his Star Trek movies and the first one was pretty good, but the second one was just a letdown. Then there's this question: What stories are left to tell? I feel like every story that's been told with Star Wars has already been done. Darth Vader's probably not going to return because he died in Return of the Jedi and I feel like there's no Star Wars villain that can or will top him. Take Darth Maul for example. He's good, but not as good as Vader. I just don't see how this sequel is going to work at all. A teaser or trailer may change my mind, but I won't let myself get too excited about it. You can hype it all you want, but just think about how it could be The Phantom Menace all over again.

Update: It took until the third trailer for this movie to win me over, but I'm finally looking forward to this movie. I was going to see this movie in theatres no matter what, but at least now I'm really excited to see this movie.

Like I said before, I hate that they're making this into two parts just for money but I really liked the first two movies, so I'll be seeing this one sometime.

The trailer looks great and it looks like it's going to be a really fun movie.

Afterthoughts: I had a lot of fun with this movie and it was also a breath of fresh air.

This movie looks amazing. The trailer for it was awesome and it looks like the kind of movie that's meant to be watched on the big screen.

I've seen the past Fantastic Four movies and the first one was OK, but the second one was just mediocre and pretty forgettable. It's a shame that they weren't that good because those Fantastic Four movie had potential to be great, but they wasted it by hiring a weak director to direct it and a so-so script. I'll admit those movies were really cool when I saw them as a kid, but now they haven't aged very well. I really hope they get this one right. Josh Trank being attached to direct it is a very good sign, so it will probably be good.

Update: Teaser trailer looks awesome and now I'm more excited for this movie than ever.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually interested in seeing a Channing Tatum movie. The trailer looks intriguing and it looks like something I would see in theatres.

The trailers for this movie look awesome and it looks like a nice change of pace for Johnny Depp.

I haven't seen any of the sequels and while I might see them at one point, I don't think I'm missing out that much. The idea for this movie sounds awesome and it looks like this project is in very good hands.

Antoine Fuqua is one of the most underrated directors working today and it seems like his movies are getting better and better each time. This movie looks like it's going to be emotionally powerful and it looks like a great movie.

Haven't seen Terminator: Salvation yet and I dread the day that I decide to watch that sequel. The trailer for this movie looks awesome and glad to see that Arnold's back. If this sequel is at least Terminator 3 good then I'll be happy.

A movie based off of the rap group NWA? Count me in!

Guilleremo Del Toro is finally returning to horror! That alone is why I'm excited for this movie.

Loved the first and I think this movie actually warrants a sequel.

I thought both of the Despicable Me movies were equally good and I really like the Minions, so I can't wait for this movie.

Looks interesting, Will Smith's starring and Glenn Ficarra & John Requa are directing. I'm there!

This movie sounds interesting. It is another Neill Blomkamp movie which you'd think that would lower my expectations, but I thought Elysium was pretty underrated and I don't think this movie will disappoint either.

Afterthoughts: This really exceeded my expectations. I really loved what they did with the premise of this movie.

I wasn't sure about this movie at first because SpongeBob isn't as good as it used to be, so I wasn't sure how good the movie would be. After seeing the trailer, I am actually looking forward to seeing this. It looks funny and it actually looks like a true sequel to the first movie.

Afterthoughts: A really hilarious sequel to the first one that actually captured the charm of the first three seasons.

I liked the first three movies, but Vegas Vacation was not that good. I'm really looking forward to this reboot and hopefully it will be better than the last one.

I hate how serious of an actor Bill Murray has become, but it looks like this movie is going to be nothing more than a comedy which sounds promising.

I was really disappointed by Anchorman 2, but I have a feeling that this could be Will Ferrell's return to form.

Update: The trailers were funny and Kevin Hart doesn't seem as annoying as he usually is. For once he's in a movie I'm genuinely interested in seeing.

I've enjoyed the majority of Liam Neeson's films and it's directed by the same guy who directed Non-Stop which I really liked, so odds are that I will like this one too.

I have no idea how excited I am to see this one because I haven't seen any of the James Bond movies with Daniel Craig, but I'm probably more likely to see this on DVD than in theatres.

Update: I changed my mind. I think I should probably try to see this one in theatres as I've never done so with a James Bond film.

I'm already excited for this movie just for the casting alone.

I'm kind of behind with the newer Pixar movies, but this movie sounds really interesting and I will see it as soon as I can.

I'm not a fan of the first movie, but it looks like this one is going to be better than the original. I'm fine with John Cusack not being in it because as long as Rob Corddry, Craig Robinson and Clark Duke is in it, then it's still a Hot Tub Time Machine movie.

Sounds interesting, but I'm going to wait until a trailer comes out to determine how excited I really am for it.

Not highly anticipating it, but it still looks good and for once Adam Sandler is starring in a movie that I'm interested in seeing considering that most of the movies he's in these days are terrible.

Not a huge fan of Michael Mann, but it looks like a decent movie. I'm just not anticipating it too much because it could be another Public Enemies where some of it is interesting, but it's mostly dull.

I've lost interest in this movie since Edgar Wright resigned from directing it because I felt like he was the one that could make this movie work. Peyton Reed directing this movie isn't a good sign and the idea of Paul Rudd playing a super hero just sounds foolish. I'll see it sometime, but I'm not anticipating it.

I will see anything Natalie Portman is in, but Terrence Malick only made one impressive movie in my opinion. I will see it sometime, but I'm not anticipating it.

Looks really generic and it's probably not going to be good, but I'm putting in on this list because I have a feeling that I'm going to watch it sometime for some unknown reason.
