Blue Valentine (2010)
"You Always Hurt the Ones You Love" performed by Ryan Gosling
The song is featured in this trailer and matches beautifully with the imagery and helps define what the film is all about.

The Fifth Element (1997)
This hypnotic and strange film is truly in its 'element' with this opera scene:

The Aviator (2004)
Loudon, Martha, and Rufus Wainwright all sang in this glorious biopic. Unfortunately the quality on these videos is poor and I wasn't able to find Martha's "I'll Be Seeing You"

The Master (2012)
"Go No More A-Roving" performed by Philip Seymour Hoffman
This video is cut with "Moby Dick", which also uses the song.

August Rush (2007)
A few songs from this music-filled film; but I don't think it qualifies as a musical.
Stehako's rating:
"Her dream had come true, she was a folk singer"
Very sadly there is no video of this song on Youtube from the film. Here's the Joan Baez version, in case you forgot it.

The Squid and the Whale (2005)
Clearly a Pink Floyd song, he lies about writing it himself.

La Vie en Rose (2007)
Another film that is close to being a musical, filled with many of Piaf's greats, like this one:
Stehako's rating:
Examples of auditions for the scam co. in this criminally unseen film.
Stehako's rating:
I unfortunately couldn't find video of beautiful Carice Van Houten in that striking red dress sing this song (at least there is audio):

A Clockwork Orange (1971)
One of the more disturbing selections, of course the second half can't be shown on Youtube, but you kind of get the idea about what's going to happen...
Stehako's rating:
Lars and the Real Girl (2007)
It's a drama; but plenty of comedy in it too. It's sprinkled with goofy scenes, this is an example:

Mr. Turner (2014)
"Remember Me"
As Mr. Turner says himself, it's a song of lost love.
No video available.

Funny People (2009)
There are two songs from this film. The first is on the comedy version of this list.
It's also a considered comedy, but this is a more dramatic element.
"Real Love" (Audio Only)

I couldn't find the actual clip; but there is a beautiful moment in this brilliant animated film where the song is played.
This is a montage of the film with the song dubbed over. Still quite beautiful and you should be asking yourself, "Why the hell haven't I seen this film yet?"

Stehako's rating:
Like a lot of things in this movie this song comes out of nowhere and lightens up the movie, for a moment.
Stehako's rating:
Lisa sings 'Girls Just Want to Have Fun' in an atypical style and setting serving as the turning point of the film.

UPDATED JUNE 2011
Songs can be a nice break from the drama or can beautifully reinforce a dramatic message. These are all those examples that aren't a musical. No breaking out into songs unnaturally.
Enjoy!
