Some of my favorite films feature enclosed spaces where most of the action takes place. This can be a spaceship, cave, building, or any other enclosed area. In these kinds of films the interior thoughts and perceptions of the characters take center stage. I like how these films are able to create their own world, apart from the larger world.
Not all of these films strictly take place within a confined area. However, all of them feature confined areas as part of their narrative.
