Animated Soviet Propaganda

Soviet propaganda based on Marxism-Leninism ideology and it was meant to promote the Communist Party line. Lenin said that movies are one of the best ways to spread the message.

Important goal for propaganda was to create totally new Soviet man. Idea was shown to the kids with Communist youth organizations as Soviet pioneers and Komsomol. They also started to talk about Uncle-Lenin, which was a godlike creature and father of Communist Party. Animated Soviet Propaganda wasn't still only for kids fun and brainwashing them, as you might see, most of the animations include ironic message about racist and unemployed Americans.

During the Second World the fear of Nazism and Fascisim had a huge impact in propaganda films: Soviet Unioin was descripted the land of our dreams with perfect human rights and the best standard of living in the whole world. Communism was everything that Nazism of Fascism was not.

There is such a low number of animated Soviet propaganda films in IMDB and so I can not find movies from Listal eather. So list includes Soviet propaganda directors whose masterpieces can still be found from amazing world of Internet.
