Thoughts: Shocked seeing Gone Girl not in especially since it was the movie everyone was picking to win last year also sad seeing Nightcrawler get overlooked but overall it's a good category.

Boyhood and Birdman are the frontrunners I want Birdman to win but I wouldn't complain if Boyhood won both amazing films.

Thoughts: Another good category really disappointed Jake wasn't nominated for arguably the best performance of his career he's so underrated it annoys me. Also David became MLK just a stunning performance I don't see how Bradley deserved a nomination more than them.

This is Michael and Eddie's race both performances were game changing so I will be happy if one of them win.

Thoughts: WOW I was shocked that Marion got in over Jennifer she hasn't been talked about at all but I'm happy to see her get nominated for anything cause she's just brilliant.

I'm so torn between Julianne and Rosamund both amazing performances but I think it's Julianne's year her performance in "Still Alice" was so powerful and heartbreaking while Rosamund was terrific in Gone Girl I give the Julianne the win.

Thoughts: Very disappointed in the Academy for not nominating Ava she really deserved it Selma was so inspiring sad seeing it get little love.

Linklater will win his story is amazing if you spend 12 years making a film you better get awarded for it especially if it's as good as Boyhood.

Thoughts: Ugh okay Academy we get it Meryl is one of the best actresses ever but can you please stop nominating her for everything she does? PLEASE. Jessica deserved a nomination sad to see her get overlooked.

Okay I know you probably think I'm crazy for putting Emma up there with Patricia and I get it Patricia was freaking stunning in Boyhood she stole every scene she was in. And I know Emma won't win but she blew my mind in Birdman she's one of those actresses people don't take seriously and I feel like she really showcased her talent and how amazing she really can be I hope people start realizing how great she is after seeing the movie.

Thoughts: Okay the racism against Legos has got to stop seriously how is Lego Movie not nominated? It was one of the best films of the year I can't think of a logical way to explain why it's not here. Anyways The Tale of Princess Kaguya almost makes up for that snub I'm so happy it was nominated if you haven't seen it please watch it ASAP.

It's between HTTYD2, Big Hero, and Princess Kaguya all three great films I see HTTYD2 winning but I will be happy if any of those movies win.
