I like Daniel as Harry, however... Harry was much more emotional and real in the book. I felt like Daniel wasn't really trying when he made this movie.

Same as with Daniel, although it seemed he was trying a little harder.
Anyway: The scene(s) I'm referring to involved Ron's friendship with Harry being tested, they weren't done very well in this movie.

Voldemort's return was much more terrifying in the books. It really made you feel like everything was going to change in Harry's world.
That being said...Ralph Fiennes makes a terrific Voldemort.
Again, Voldemort's return. Although Timothy Spall gave a great performance, he made me want to repeat the old rule "Show, don't tell" when it came to the reluctance that Wormtail was supposed to convey with subtlety.

I love David Tennant, I just hated him as Barty Crouch jr. Again, a case of well-needed subtlety. His tics and twitches were not very subtle.
