Mi anime favorito. Tiene el mejor villano y uno de los mejores protagonistas de la historia.
Trata temas como el existencialismo y el destino de una forma adecuada. La animación no será la más detallada y fluida, pero un uso de colores acertado y un muy buen nivel de ilustración lo compensa en ocasiones. La banda sonora es maravillosa.

Pero hoy no estamos aquí para hablar de lo mal que la obra de Miura llegó a adaptarse, porque hoy nos enfocaremos en la única adaptación de Berserk que vale la pena, la hecha en 1997, la cual cubre el prólogo de la historia. Is dark fantasy, I know, but with limited fantasy elements. Because of that, I hope that it would try to be as realistic a possible with the other aspects, to help you immerse in the medieval atmosphere. But no.

Realism is good. Makes things more complicated and serious and dire and all that cool stuff. You know. Is one of the reasons ASOIAF is so fucking good. The politics, regular life, war, you name it.
