1 out of 10; not one single thing has been done right...
2 out of 10; boring as hell, and everything from animations to story-line sucks, and i'd rather stab myself with a knife in the eye than re-watch it.
3 out of 10; the series is boring as hell, and i should have quit after the 2nd episode.
4 out of 10; still horrendously bad, but damn them, the animations were probably decent.
5 out of 10; you still shouldn't consider watching this. Still really bad.
6 out of 10; cliche characters, a bad story and things like that. May have a character that is "saving" the series (*cough* Alucard *cough*) or decent soundtracks, okay ending etc. I never recommend anyone seeing a 6 rated series.
7 out of 10; this may be good and may be bad depending on how high on the list it is. Anohana almost qualifies for 8, while Elfen Lied almost qualifies for 6, and that's a big difference.
8 out of 10; A great series, but there is something missing. It doesnt have the little extra which we get by watching the best series. Should really be seen.
9 out of 10; unlike 8, this NEEDS to be seen no matter what genres you're into. A rated 9 is the best of the best, maybe not the best ending, or a bit disappointing soundtracks, but fck it, the storyline, characters just exceeds it by far. Watch it... Go.
10 out of 10; im having a hard time finding bad things to say about it, im blinded by the constant aura of awesomeness the series brings just by watching a picture of the cover. Obviously needs to be watched.

I am pretty new to anime and I have only seen the 64 first series on this list. As I see new series, I will instantly update the list.
All the series after the "Ore no Imouto" are series I am going to see.
