"Plot: Three college students head to a neighboring city in search of exotic entertainment but instead find themselves in an increasingly strange series of events involving albino punks, strippers, and vampires. With its colorful lighting, tropey leads, physical effects, and campy, tongue-in-cheek humor, "Vamp" has a lot of the charm that seems almost exclusive to 80's horror comedies even if it falls quite a bit short from being a classic.
